- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and pursuing new business opportunities through field activities, market research, and cold calling.
- Institutional Tie-ups: Conduct impactful career seminars and presentations at educational institutes, schools, and colleges to build a pipeline of prospective students.
- Direct Sales & Counseling: Handle queries from students and parents effectively through personalized counseling to convert leads into admissions.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets as assigned from time to time.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain productive "BA" (Business Associate) tie-ups and manage relationship-building with industry stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor strategies and industry trends to refine sales and development tactics.
- Reporting & MIS: Facilitate accurate data management and prepare regular MIS reports on sales activities and lead follow-ups.
