Job Title: Business Development Executive – US Staffing (Fresher)
Company: Tek Inspirations LLC
Location: Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan (BM Tower, FE-18, Central Road, 302017)
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM)
Work Days: Monday – Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Role:
Hiring fresh graduates for US IT Staffing Sales/Business Development to support client acquisition, connect with vendors, and generate business opportunities in the US staffing market.
Responsibilities:
• Identify US clients, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners
• Generate leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Update vendor and client database regularly
• Gather job requirements and share with the recruitment team
• Conduct market research for new clients and opportunities
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Confidence and negotiation ability
• Ability to work night shift (US time zone)
• Good email drafting and calling skills
• Self-motivated with a sales mindset
