We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, client engagement, and managing the full sales cycle through closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international IT service markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present IT solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and discussions to build trust and close deals
- Coordinate with technical teams for estimates, feasibility, and solution details
- Handle RFP/RFQ responses and support deal negotiations
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international clients (US / UK / Middle East)
- Knowledge of digital marketing / lead generation strategies is a plus
