At Xspot, we embed dedicated senior engineers AI/ML, Full Stack, Mobile, DevOps directly into client teams across the US, UK, UAE, and Europe.
We're growing fast. And we need sharp, ambitious sales people who can get in front of the right decision makers and open doors.
This is not a support role. This is a front-line, high-impact position where you own outreach, own the conversation, and drive real pipeline.
What You'll Do
→ Identify and research decision makers — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Founders across global tech companies
→ Run high-volume, personalised outreach across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
→ Craft crisp, compelling pitches tailored to each prospect's role and business
→ Book discovery calls and hand off warm leads to the founding team
→ Track outreach activity, responses, and pipeline in a structured way
→ Continuously test and improve messaging based on what converts

✅ What We're Looking For
→ 1–3 years of experience in sales outreach, business development, or lead generation
→ Excellent written English clear, concise, and professional
→ Comfortable reaching out cold and handling objections without losing confidence
→ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar outreach tools
→ Self-driven you manage your own time, hit your targets, and don't need hand-holding
→ Interest in tech, AI, or the developer hiring space is a strong plus
