The Role
➡️ Target Market: North America (US & Canada)
➡️ Focus: 100% outbound lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
➡️ Channels: Multi-channel outreach across Cold Email, LinkedIn automated/personalized sequences, and Cold Calling.
➡️ Work Hours: Aligned with North American time zones.
➡️ Location: Remote (India)
Key Responsibilities
➡️ Data Mining & Prospecting: Build hyper-targeted lead lists of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and decision-makers using Apollo, Crunchbase, and other modern data tools.
➡️ Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute systematic outbound campaigns via personalized cold emails, highly engaging LinkedIn touchpoints, and confident cold calling.
➡️ Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound/outbound leads, overcome initial objections, and successfully book high-quality discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.
➡️ CRM Hygiene: Maintain immaculate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and lead status to ensure seamless handoffs.
What We Are Looking For
➡️ The Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound lead generation, specifically targeting the North American market.
➡️ The Tech Stack: Deep familiarity with data intelligence and sales engagement tools like Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern CRMs.
➡️ The Communication: Flawless written and spoken English, with the ability to write sharp, compelling copy for cold emails and speak confidently on the phone.
