What This Role Is — And Isn’t:
This is not a simple profile management or Upwork bidding role. We have that covered already. What we need is someone who can independently identify, approach, and close clients through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, remarketing, and direct client hunting. If you’ve built pipelines from scratch, had real conversations with international decision-makers, and closed deals without waiting for a job post to appear — this role was written for you.
What you’ll own:
- Build and execute lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, cold email, and other outbound channels
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the US, UK, and Australian markets
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first touchpoint to signed contract
- Re-engage past clients and maintain a healthy pipeline of warm prospects
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the technical team to scope and propose solutions accurately
- Hit monthly revenue targets with consistency
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of Business Development experience in an IT services company
- Proven track record of generating leads through LinkedIn, cold email, or direct outreach — not just bidding platforms
- Experience handling international clients, especially from the US or UK
- Confident written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with outreach tools — Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, Sales Navigator, or similar
- CRM discipline — you follow up, you track, you close
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Clutch, GoodFirms, or similar IT-focused directories
- Knowledge of web/app development service stacks (helps in proposal conversations)
- Prior experience in a small or mid-size IT firm where you wore multiple hats
