Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (IT Sales & Marketing) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Responsibilities-
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and other platforms
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (websites, apps, SEO, digital marketing)
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and business development
- Good understanding of IT services and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience in IT/software sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
