Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales, handling both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships (B2B & B2C)
- Present and promote IT products/services to potential customers
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and B2C sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
