Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients
- Deliver compelling presentations on product benefits and company offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Develop and manage channel partners for business expansion
- Handle and convert leads referred by channel partners
- Collaborate with internal teams including telecallers, sales officers, and pre-sales technical teams
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA (Marketing) preferred; BCA/MCA/BCS/MCS also considered
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in IT sales
Additional Requirements:
- Must own a laptop and smartphone
- Must own a four-wheeler/ two-wheeler for travel
- Willingness to travel within the Indore region
