This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (IT Sales), based in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, handling account management, driving sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate deals
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in IT sales or business development
- Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred
