Business Development Executive - (IT Sales)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build relationships, and set up meetings for our sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base for application development, AI/ML services, and travel industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across industries.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team.
- Develop a strong understanding of Convergent Platforms’ offerings in application development, AI/ML, and e-Visa solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
