Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The candidate must be based in Delhi and will primarily handle client interactions within Delhi.
This is a field-orientated role.
where the executive will:
- Conduct 70% in-person client meetings (within Delhi)
- Conduct 30% virtual meetings (daily basis)
The candidate will work from home and attend in-person meetings assigned by the company. This role requires strong field presence, proactive lead generation, and the ability to independently manage client relationships and the sales lifecycle within the IT services and solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions market.
- Attend in-person client meetings in Delhi as assigned by the company (approx. 70% field meetings).
- Conduct virtual client meetings and follow-ups (approx. 30%).
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and online platforms.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 1+ year of mandatory experience in IT sales or IT business development.
- Proven expertise in new business development and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales lifecycle management and account retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-orientated, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Requirements- Location: Delhi (the candidate must reside in Delhi).
- Work Mode: Work from home + field meetings (Delhi-based clients only).
- Meeting Structure: 70% in-person meetings, 30% virtual meetings.
- Vehicle Requirement: Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Travel Reimbursement: Petrol expenses will be reimbursed for official client meetings assigned by the company.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 15 days’ notice period preferred
