1. Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our AI Department to drive revenue growth by promoting AI-driven solutions, automation services, and intelligent transformation offerings.
The role involves prospecting, client engagement, solution positioning, and working closely with technical teams to convert opportunities into successful business deals in the AI and emerging technology space.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for AI solutions and services.
- Prospect both existing and new accounts for AI-led transformation projects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
B. Account Management
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and Innovation Heads.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and engagement to nurture leads into long-term accounts.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
C. Solution Selling & Client Engagement
- Present the organization’s AI capabilities including automation, machine learning, AI-driven analytics, and intelligent solutions.
- Understand client business challenges and position AI solutions accordingly.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Build confidence with senior stakeholders to progress deals.
D. Pre-Sales & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Data Scientists to:
- Design tailored AI solutions
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and delivery teams.
E. OEM & Partner Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with AI technology partners, cloud providers, and OEMs.
- Collaborate with partner teams for joint opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
F. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on AI trends, automation technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Identify emerging market opportunities in AI adoption.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts to management.

4. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–6 years of overall experience with at least 1–2 years in B2B technology sales (SaaS, AI, software, or cloud preferred)
5. Desired Experience
- Experience in selling software solutions, SaaS, automation tools, or emerging technologies
- Exposure to mid-market and enterprise sales
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or analytics solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in account management with a proven sales track record
