Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Tuesday to saturday)
Stipend: Fixed Monthly Stipend
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with webinar attendees through phone calls.
- Assist customers throughout the onboarding process.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Graduate or final-year student (preferably B.Com, Finance, MBA Finance, or related fields).
- Good knowledge of the stock market is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
