Business Development Executive (International Sales)Motion 8 Agency is on the hunt for a high-energy, tech-savvy Business Development Executive to spearhead our international growth. The MissionYour primary goal is to identify, engage, and convert high-value international prospects. You will be the first point of contact for global brands, representing Motion 8’s excellence while utilizing modern tools to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients across international territories using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other prospecting tools.
- Outbound Excellence: Execute cold outreach campaigns that don't feel "cold." This includes personalized email sequences, LinkedIn networking, and strategic follow-ups.
- AI-Powered Workflow: Integrate AI tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Clay) to research prospects, personalize messaging at scale, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to booking discovery calls and assisting in closing deals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global market trends to tailor our pitch to different regions and industries.
Requirements & Skills- English Fluency: You must have impeccable verbal and written English skills. You should be able to navigate nuances, humor, and professional etiquette with international clients.
- Email Marketing Mastery: Proven experience in writing high-converting cold emails and managing outreach platforms (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist).
- The "AI" Factor: You are "AI-native." You don't just know what AI is; you use it daily to make your work 10x more efficient.
- Sales DNA: A background in outbound sales or international business development is highly preferred.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across different time zones when necessary to catch the "golden hours" of international markets.
