Job Description
A
Business Development Executive (BDE) for a Canada-focused process is responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients in the Canadian market, and closing sales for the company’s products or services. This role typically involves working with Canadian customers, understanding their business needs, and delivering solutions through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in Canada.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
Requirements - Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in business development or sales / Freshers also considered
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools is preffered
- Self-motivated and target-driven
