Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive Interns who are passionate about sales, communication, and growth. This role is ideal for individuals who want real-time sales exposure and hands-on experience in the ed-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, etc.)
- Communicate with potential students and explain course offerings
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
- Update daily work reports and track progress
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Self-disciplined and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Students or recent graduates are preferred
