Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills while understanding modern technology services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Research target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain a qualified lead database.
- Generate inbound and outbound business opportunities.
Client Communication
- Contact prospective clients via email, phone calls, social media, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Present company services and solutions professionally.
- Conduct introductory and follow-up meetings.
Sales & Business Development
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Assist in contract discussions and negotiations.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert leads into long-term clients.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Research
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market demands and client requirements.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Submit regular sales activity and progress reports.
- Track lead conversion metrics and business development performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, SaaS, AI, and cyber security.
- Lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
