Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Intern with a dual interest in HR and Marketing.
You will be the bridge between MpowHR’s transformative training and the institutions/organizations that need them most.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Research & Market Mapping: Research and build a comprehensive database of Colleges, Management Institutes, Corporates and Hospitals.
2. Identify key decision-makers: Placement Officers, HODs, and HR Heads.
3. Outreach & Partnership Building: Actively reach out to colleges to pitch workshops on Confidence Building, Mindset Coaching, and Professional Communication. Connect with Hospitals and Corporate SMEs to introduce employee wellness and POSH compliance programs.
4. Brand Advocacy & Content Support: Content creation that speaks to the "Restart" philosophy and student empowerment.
5. Event & Workshop Coordination:
Assist in organizing and executing training sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Requirements
Education: Final year student or recent graduate (MBA - HR + Marketing)
Communication: Exceptional command of English and Tamil. You must be able to articulate the value of "soft skills" to both students and senior administrators.
Mindset: A strong believer in personal development.
Tech Savvy & Networking: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Professionalism: Ability to maintain a polished and confident demeanor when interacting with senior management and institutional heads.
