Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling services to insurance companies in the USA. and Canada. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, lead generation, and closing B2B service deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to insurance brokers, agencies, carriers, MGAs, and Insurtech companies in North America
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and database research
- Present LetsChat24x7’s offshore manpower solutions for claims processing, customer support, and policy administration
- Schedule and coordinate video meetings with senior management / prospects
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales activity reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience targeting insurance companies in the USA / Canada
- Strong experience in cold calling, objection handling, and closing sales
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral/global accent preferred)
- Experience in selling BPO / outsourcing / offshore staffing services will be a strong advantage
- Comfortable working night shift in India
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
