Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales professional located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to leads, creating proposals, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.

- Proven capabilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong expertise in Business and Account Management processes
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Goal-oriented and proactive approach with a keen understanding of market trends
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional experience in the media/advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
