Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Inside Sales, based in Bengaluru, India. The role involves identifying and generating leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, managing client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with team members to strategize and execute sales plans with a focus on achieving measurable results and fulfilling organizational objectives. The role also requires maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and fostering a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of Business fundamentals and market dynamics
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and meet sales targets
- Self-motivation and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
