🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
📍 Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
At ROI Magnet, we help 60+ D2C & E-commerce brands scale through Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and Creative Solutions.
What You’ll Do
✅ Generate leads via cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn & prospecting tools
✅ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
✅ Understand client needs and pitch ROI Magnet’s solutions
✅ Schedule qualified meetings and drive deals toward closure
✅ Maintain CRM and achieve monthly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 1–2 years of Business Development/Inside Sales experience
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling
✔️ Basic understanding of digital marketing (agency/D2C experience is a plus)
✔️ Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, or CRM tools is preferred
