Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive responsible for engaging with pre-qualified leads, conducting product discussions, and closing deals for our SaaS platform. This is a high-conversion role focused on communication, persuasion, and revenue generation rather than lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with assigned inbound / pre-qualified leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer requirements and map them to the SaaS product offering
- Deliver product demos and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
- Maintain a strong follow-up process to maximize conversion rates
- Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and conversion progress
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for onboarding and query resolution
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Key Skills Required- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi + English required)
- Proven ability in closing sales deals over calls or online meetings
- Good understanding of SaaS / ERP / CRM products
- Objection handling and negotiation skills
- Basic CRM handling knowledge
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience- 1–5 years in inside sales / SaaS sales / tele-sales / B2B sales
- Experience in selling software products like ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms
- Prior experience in handling inbound or warm leads

- Demo-to-conversion ratio
