Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing EduTech team for a full-time, on-site role in Urapakkam (Near Kilambakkam Bus Stand), Chennai.

In this role, you will interact with students and parents who are exploring college admission opportunities. Your responsibility will be to understand their academic interests, provide accurate information about courses, colleges, and admission procedures, and guide them through the admission process.

You will communicate with prospective students primarily through phone calls and follow-ups, helping them understand available options and supporting them in making informed decisions about their higher education. You will also assist students in completing their application process and ensure they receive the right guidance at every stage.

The role also involves maintaining student information, updating lead details in the CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure students receive smooth admission support. Building strong relationships with students and maintaining a professional and supportive approach during interactions is an important part of this role.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in working in the education and admission counselling industry. Fresh graduates and candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support roles are encouraged to apply.


Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English
  • Ability to confidently interact with students and parents
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in inside sales or related fields is a plus
