About Us
WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company offering innovative social and copy-trading solutions. Through our WeMasterTrade project, we provide funded trader programs, trading education, and advanced digital tools for modern traders.
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Business Development & Content Executive (India - Remote) to support our growth in the Indian market.
Role Overview
This is a remote position for candidates based in India with prior experience or strong knowledge in crypto, forex, or financial markets. The role combines business development, client handling, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for WeCopy Fintech products
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships within the trading and crypto community.
- Convert leads into active clients and support them throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide product guidance and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Create engaging digital content (short videos, reels, memes, etc.) to attract and educate traders.
- Be confident on camera and actively participate in marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital-first growth strategies.
- Hindi and English is mandatory, Other languages is a plus
Requirements
- Based in India and available for remote work.
- Prior experience or strong understanding of crypto, forex, or trading markets is mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client handling.
- Comfortable creating content and engaging with online communities.
- Confident communicator with good negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
Working Details
Location: Remote (India)
Working Days: 5 days a week (including weekends)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (IST)
Salary: $500 per month + performance-based incentives
