Designation – Sales Executive (B2C)

About The Role
This B2C Sales role focuses on directly engaging with individual customers, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and closing deals. The candidate will manage the complete customer journey from initial contact to payment closure, ensure strong follow-ups, and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets through consistent outreach and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete B2C sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Make outbound calls daily and follow up on warm and cold leads.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/products.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.
- Address customer queries with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and smooth service initiation.
- Build trust with customers through consultative conversations.
- Track daily performance metrics and maintain reporting discipline.
- Use Excel and CRM tools for tracking sales, follow-ups, and revenue.
