Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, VPs, and Marketing Heads in target companies.
- Develop, customize, and present impactful proposals and pitch decks to prospective clients.
- Strategically upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients based on their evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery capabilities.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure with timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and feedback in the tracking system.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings through research and networking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
