- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with working professionals.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets through effective counselling and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the system.
