About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer needs and position SaaS solutions effectively
Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA or PGDM (Mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of SaaS sales and B2B sales process
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
