This is a full-time remote role focused on business development, lead generation, market research, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitors, and franchise opportunities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, databases, and outreach tools
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
- Assist in lead qualification, follow-ups, and coordination with senior BD team members
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, CRM updates, and reporting dashboards
- Prepare basic reports and insights to support business decision-making
- Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and weekly performance reviews
- Support digital outreach and campaign execution
- Contribute ideas for improving processes, outreach effectiveness, and business growth
