Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions for CAT and MBA entrance preparation programs.
- Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into successful enrollments.
- Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and admission targets.
- Manage and maintain the lead pipeline with regular follow-ups.
- Oversee day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure excellent student experience, classroom coordination, and engagement.
- Coordinate with faculty, operations, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor student attendance, feedback, and overall engagement levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to admissions, revenue, and lead conversions.
- Track business performance metrics and suggest process improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and student databases.
