Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end residential clients.
- Develop a robust B2B pipeline of projects from architects and interior designers to ensure the achievement of the monthly sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, etc.).
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Understand the project timelines from both the architect's and end client’s considerations and offer tailored solutions from our product range.
- Create and present design options to potential clients and provide additional insights to the management team to ensure deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for senior management.
