LinkedIn Research & Scraping — Map talent pools for active mandates; build targeted candidate and prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
Cold Calling & Outreach — Reach out to potential candidates and HR/TA decision-makers at target companies; qualify interest and book conversations for senior recruiters
BD Support — Assist with personalized email sequences and follow-up cadences for client acquisition
Database Management — Maintain clean, updated records of candidates and leads in our CRM/tracker
Coordination — Support scheduling of interviews, screening calls, and client check-ins
You Are
MBA (Marketing / Sales) — freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience
Comfortable on the phone — confident, articulate, not afraid of rejection
Detail-oriented with strong research instincts
Familiar with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator exposure is a plus)
Eager to learn the business of recruitment and grow into a BD or account management role
