Key Responsibilities
- Call the provided number and connect with the mentioned contact person
- Follow the script and explain the intent of the call and product/service benefits
- Explain the product/service to the concerned person if referred
- Guide interested customers through the registration/sales process over the call
- Send emails to the confirmed email ID if requested
- Follow up to ensure registration/sign-up/product purchase completion
- Maintain response and follow-up data in the provided template
- Share updates with the client from time to time
