- Share clear and accurate project requirements internally
- Support in resolving project-related issues
- Sales Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups
- Update the sales pipeline regularly
- Share weekly updates on progress, closures, and challenges
- Upselling and Relationship Building
- Identify opportunities to recommend premium lighting solutions
- Build long-term relationships with clients and architects
- Generate repeat business and referrals
- Ownership and Discipline
- Take ownership of sales targets and client relationships
- Ensure timely follow-ups without reminders
