Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for the assigned region.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and drive closures.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales & CRM (telecom/IVR/CRM domain preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle field visits when required.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven closing ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
