Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vijayawada. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of the organization. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business acumen and understanding strategic growth initiatives
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad / Vijayawada and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in IT solutions or public sector projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English Hindi and Telegu is Mandatory
