Role Purpose
We are looking for an early-career sales professional to build the market for LeaderNovo's Products portfolio. This is a B2B SaaS sales role involving outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, pilot conversion and account expansion with corporate clients.
The role requires someone who can understand a client's business problem, position the right product use case, manage a disciplined sales pipeline and move opportunities from first conversation to commercial closure.
Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting and Account Development

· Research accounts before outreach to identify relevant talent, leadership or sales challenges.
2. Lead Qualification and Discovery
· Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business needs, current processes, stakeholders, timelines and buying intent.
· Qualify opportunities based on problem relevance, fit, decision process, urgency and commercial potential.
· Distinguish genuine buying opportunities from general enquiries and exploratory interest.
3. Consultative Product Selling
· Develop a strong working understanding of LeaderNovo's assessments, SalesPulse and CoachPulse and explain their business relevance clearly.
· Position products around specific client problems rather than presenting the full product catalogue.
· Build use-case-led conversations around talent decisions, leadership readiness, sales capability, manager development and behavioural practice.
· Involve founders, product, research or pre-sales colleagues appropriately for deeper solution discussions.
4. Demonstrations, Pilots and Proposals
· Coordinate product demos, sample report walkthroughs and pilot discussions.
· Support preparation of proposals, commercial discussions and client follow-up.
· Move qualified prospects toward a defined paid pilot, deployment or product purchase.
· Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements and next steps are clearly documented.
5. Pipeline and Sales Discipline
· Maintain accurate opportunity information in the CRM, including stage, value, stakeholders, next action and expected closure.
· Track opportunities from prospecting to meeting, qualified opportunity, demo, proposal or pilot, closure and deployment.
· Maintain consistent follow-up and build sufficient qualified pipeline against monthly and quarterly targets.
· Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, conversions, risks and likely closures.
6. Account Expansion and Cross-Selling
· Maintain contact with customers after an initial pilot or deployment and identify opportunities to expand usage across cohorts, teams or business units.
· Identify relevant opportunities for other Digital Products.
· Refer Learning Services opportunities to the appropriate LeaderNovo team when they emerge, while retaining primary focus on the Digital Products BU.
