Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven and passionate about SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Schedule and conduct product demos for HRJee solutions
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable HRMS solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Business Development (HR Tech/HRMS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client interactions
- Basic understanding of SaaS or software solutions (preferred)
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
