About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, field-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B growth for Bhima's Foods. If you are a hustler who loves being on the move, building relationships, and closing deals, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- HoReCa & Retail Expansion: Actively pitch and onboard new hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and modern trade outlets.
- Strategic Field Work: Hit the ground daily! You will travel along our existing delivery routes to identify and close "route gaps," ensuring we capture every potential client in the vicinity.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Continuously source and contact distributors (via IndiaMart) and hospitality clients to build a pipeline for both immediate sales and long-term contract manufacturing.
- Sampling & Handoffs: Distribute product samples, manage the follow-up process, and seamlessly transition closed accounts to our sales executives.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You are 100% comfortable with daily field work and face-to-face client meetings.
- You are a proactive problem solver with a target-driven mindset.
- You aren't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a hotel to make a pitch.
