Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Gold Loan) located in Chennai. The role involves driving new business development initiatives, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The candidate will actively identify new opportunities, promote financial products, and support customer needs while meeting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to create and capitalize on opportunities
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and deliver value
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of gold loan products or financial services is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or similar roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
