Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Remote (India)

About the Role
We’re hiring someone to build outbound sales for a global AI services company (https://octopusbuilds.com). There is no existing pipeline. You’ll be responsible for setting it up and driving deals end-to-end.

- Europe & UK
- US (East, Central, West)
Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to potential clients through cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book meetings and handle early conversations
- Qualify leads and move them through the pipeline
- Work directly with the founders on positioning and outreach
- Close deals or support closing where needed
- Keep track of outreach, responses, and conversions
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Comfortable working across time zones
- Able to work independently without predefined processes
- Experience selling tech, SaaS, or services is useful
Compensation
- ₹75,000 per month
- 5% commission on closed deals (applies for the first year of each deal)
- No cap on commission
