Role Description
Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing accounts effectively, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients, preparation of proposals, and effective communication to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities
- Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management to build, maintain, and grow client relationships
- Effective Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and presentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies is a plus
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Salary And Benefits
- Training Period (First 6 Months): ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Post Confirmation (After 6 Months): ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA based on performance
