ABOUT DIGIWAH
Digiwah Technosys LLP is a certified Zoho implementation partner based in Mohali, helping growing businesses across India, Australia, and the UK simplify and automate their operations. We specialize in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, and WhatsApp Business API solutions for manufacturing, food processing, retail, and professional services companies. We are now scaling our sales team and looking for hungry, driven professionals who want to grow with us.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be the front line of our growth — generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking demos for our implementation team.
Daily activities:
- Make 30+ outbound calls per day to potential clients from curated prospect lists
- Respond to inbound leads from Google Ads and website inquiries within 3 minutes during business hours
- Send 10-15 personalized LinkedIn messages per day to decision-makers
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities
- Book qualified demos with our senior team for closing
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in Zoho CRM
- Follow up systematically across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
- Comfortable making 30+ phone calls daily without hesitation
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bachelor's degree in any field (final-year students with strong skills welcome)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work from our Mohali office full-time
Nice-to-haves:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, telesales, or BD experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Understanding of Zoho products or business automation
COMPENSATION — TWO TRACKS
TRACK A — Experienced (1-2 years B2B sales experience):
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (in-hand)
- Commissions: 5% Starter deals, 7% Professional deals, 3% Enterprise deals
- Monthly Bonus: ₹5,000 for 4+ qualified meetings booked
- Quarterly Kicker: ₹15,000 on quarterly target achievement
- Total earning potential: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000+ per month
TRACK B — Fresher (0-1 year experience):
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (in-hand)
- Same commission structure as Track A
- Monthly Bonus: ₹3,000 for 4+ qualified meetings
- Quarterly Kicker: ₹10,000 on target achievement
- Total earning potential: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000+ per month
- 3-month structured training and mentorship included
- Path to promotion: Track A salary band after 6 months of consistent performance
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (30-60-90 Days)
Day 30: Complete onboarding, master CRM and outreach tools, log 30+ calls per day, generate 10+ qualified leads
Day 60: 15+ qualified leads per month, 3+ proposals sent, attend discovery calls with senior team
Day 90: Independently close your first deals, maintain 20+ qualified leads per month
