Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Freshers) at TechnoBridge Systems Pvt Ltd, located in Pune Division. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing lead generation initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in account management. The role requires dynamic communication with clients, presenting services effectively, and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Knowledge of Business strategies and Account Management processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in Pune and explore growth opportunities within the healthcare education sector
