Role Description
We are seeking freshers for the position of Business Development Executive at NTQS Digital. This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that align with our business goals, while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- Recent college pass-outs (Freshers)
- Strong verbal communication skills in:
- English + Tamil
- English + Kannada
- English + Telugu
- English + Malayalam
- English + Hindi
- Good confidence in speaking with clients and handling conversations
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Present and explain NTQS Digital services clearly to prospects
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong pipeline
• Follow up consistently to move leads towards conversion
• Maintain daily lead tracking and update reports
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients

- 6 months probation period
- Certification and confirmation will be provided after successful completion
