Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our IT services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn & field visits
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to identify and target potential clients in the IT services sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT services.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and IT needs, and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients, and facilitate ongoing communication and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and reports to management on sales activities, progress, and results.
Eligibility
- Graduates & MBA Freshers preferred
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory)
- Must have a laptop
- Must have a two-wheeler for field work
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with field + office work
