Role Description The Business Development Executive (fresher) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the company’s web design and digital solutions services. Day-to-day activities include researching potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, reaching out via calls, emails, and meetings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. The role also involves supporting client presentations, assisting with proposals, coordinating with the design and technical teams, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients under guidance from senior staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Business fundamentals and interest in the digital/web services industry.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to help maintain client relationships and support ongoing projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing, web design, or IT services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
