Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive (0–2 years experience) for one of our clients based in Pune, Maharashtra. You will be the driving force behind transforming commercial landscapes into iconic destinations. The role is to bridge the gap between artistic vision and architectural reality, pitching high-end outdoor metal sculptures, bespoke fountains, and Instagram-worthy "selfie points" to decision-makers in the luxury hospitality and real estate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and connect with key stakeholders—primarily real estate developers, resort owners, landscape architects, and urban planners.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique "vibe" of a property (e.g., a luxury retreat vs. a modern township) and propose art installations that enhance its market value and aesthetic appeal.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the process from the initial "wow" pitch and site visit to technical budgeting and final installation oversight.
- Relationship Management: Build a robust network within the architectural and interior design community to ensure our products are integrated into early-stage project blueprints.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of "placemaking" trends to advise clients on how selfie-points and interactive art can drive organic social media marketing for their properties.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within luxury real estate, high-end furniture, landscaping, or architectural products.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to articulate how a 15-foot metal sculpture or a geometric fountain impacts space.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket deals with C-suite executives and property owners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story through a portfolio of work.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
